Order by phone for 2 pies torched tonight. Arrival 30min later, the person resumed the order because he had not noted. About ten people are waiting, I'm waiting for my order. 20min later, the person tells me that she will not be able to honor my order, pb of the supply... 1h of lost for nothing... Very good tart. I prefer goat cheese and honey. They are cooked with wood fire, light and crispy. Effective and friendly service.
A really nice concept, with vans: all information about the days and places is on the website. The flambées pies are very good, as well as the rest.In addition, the prices are very attractive.I have been a customer for a long time and I go there regularly for every trip to Strasbourg.

Delightful pies, the best of Alsace. The food truck is nice but the times, places and length of parking indicated on Facebook or in their flyers are absolutely unreliable. The manager can cancel his arrival or shorten it... which obviously prevents his clients from programing their evenings...
