The gala evening was unfortunately not up to par with previous years. Inferior quality wine. Presentation of dishes not at the top. Orchestra took too long poses so that many customers left the premises. Damage !!

A lot of waiting for little seriousness. Thanks to Stéphanie for her service and her kindness which makes up for the disrespectful character of her manager.
