We have booked two weeks in advance, informed that you would be “vegetarian with fish”. the reservation was accepted without further comment. When we arrived at the restaurant, we asked about the vegetarian menu, and it was confirmed that everything was in order. since our arrival we have faced some unpleasant situations. there was no explanation about the menu, there was no aperitive and we had to wait very long to get a glass of wine. but the one who was most surprising was the vegetarian menu. For my man who ordered the normal (non-vegetarian) menu, the first main course was served and surprisingly nothing was served on the vegetarian menu. my man questioned the cook and he said there was no first main course for the vegetarian. we got no clear answer why a vegetarian menu has no two main dishes and we decided to go. the cook told us that we don't understand how we had to cook the full bill for a very disappointing diner. it is incredible that this restaurant has a Michelin star.

Large environment in the beautiful burg nideggen. delicious exclusive menu. finest ingredients selected, prepared, served and fed with great joy. we were served very nicely. it was a beautiful evening. we will be coming back

Today there was the best experience gastronomy for all senses. we had a menu at the Star Restaurant and were more than enthusiastic. an explosion of the best cooking art with very high quality ingredients and up to the detailed lovingly designed tellers. it was a true eyewitness paired with an indescribable good joy at gale that we are happy. the environment was great, the service/personal was very good, attentive and very friendly. .and eating is very tasty. the needs of the guests will be addressed and good alternatives will be given, and we also like to serve everyone on another. great unusual drinks at the top! we will be coming back
