The drinks and food are good, though the drinks are really where the business shines. A large, yet cozy building with the right kind of coffee shop atmosphere. Though it is often crowded in the later afternoon and evening, it’s never too noisy to enjoy yourself. Staff are helpful and keep the place tidy, and drinks are made promptly, though when we ate lunch there we waited a bit longer than we expected. View all feedback.

The Second Cup 's employees at Mall of Engomi could do with some customer service training. Also, aren 't they supposed to wear a uniform and not their hoody? The drinks and snacks were fine it 's the attitude that made a bad impression. View all feedback.
World class coffee! Pleasant atmosphere! Located in a vivid area in the suburbs of Nicosia (North of European Cypriot side). There are a lot of cafeterias in this avenue. Second cup is renowned for its fresh and aromatic coffee . A Canadian franchised branded cafeteria with delightful snacks (sandwiches, sweets, pastries). It has also got a majestic library for reading books , neaspapers or studying on your laptop. It is friendly for business meetings as well. Nearby power sockets are offered for this purpose. Wi-Fi is free. Toilets are clean and tidy with baby changing facilities and the music is smooth and nice! There is a safe playground place for children
Very nice place with plenty of seating outdoor and indoors. Good selection of sandwiches and deserts excellent carrot cake and great Cypriot coffee. highly recommended for hangouts!
Nice place to relax and have a cuppa. Especially on non peak hours. Price range is a bit on the expensive side though.
Great place, many areas to sit, a place for smoking, a place inside for meetings, a place to sit and work alone, a place to smoke shisha. Quiet areas, loud areas. Very clean toilets. Staff is really nice. Prices are expensive, higher that other cafes. Great place!
Very very cosy environment for either a group outing or a solo visit with sections available depending on each mood and need. The staff can look a bit non-welcoming at times but my experience so far has been good nonetheless.
