When we told the staff that the cook came to say that it wasn't true, we told him to try it himself, he told us that it was because it was cold... High-level cuisine in an intimate and refined environment. Excellent selection of Italian and foreign fried meats, wine paper well selected between territory and rest of Italy. Recommended.
