Came in earlier for a Chipotle ranch salad with my husband for a healthy dinner date. It tasted great, big salad lol even needed a to-go box, but I wish there were more tomatoes! The two ladies were very upbeat and seemed to be having fun. Will recommend tofriends! View all feedback.
What Sarah Frauchiger doesn't like about Coolgreens Nichols Hills Plaza:
First I wanna say I love Coolgreens. I eat here a couple times a week. Today I actually dined in and was blown away at the mess. I was the ONLY person in there they were not busy at all. The two young ladies stood behind the counter talking the entire timeI ate while the whole place was a wreck. No napkins and trash everywhere. 5 tables had not been cleaned at all. It was justpretty gross in there. View all feedback.
Worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. The ?signature Caesar? is just vinegar and dead fish. Not kidding. That?s what was in it. I still have the taste of anchovies in my mouth as I?m typing this in the sonic parking lot after just throwing up. The onlypart that would deserve a review is the miss Vickie?s sea salt chips that came with my chicken and fish sandwich. Oh and saladas well. The SALAD had fish on it too. Would have rather gotten a spit on burger from carls junior. I?m other words, I wouldhope this place would go out of business. Too bad the kale lovers are still going here by looking at the reviews. Horrible, terrible and disgusting restaurant. If I could possibly not give a star I would.
Stopped in after a long day of airline travel for dinner. Four inside tables were covered with trash as well as tea bar. Outside tables still had leftover dining on them and chairs overturned. Staff seemed less than interested in helping. Had to wait onmore protein to be cooked for order. Interior was not cleaned up so we took order home. There was one table of 4 in the diningarea with no other customers.Haven?t been in a few years and was very disappointed. Will be a while before we come back
I want to start by saying that I really love Coolgreens, as I eat there a couple of times a week. However, during my visit today, where I dined in, I was taken aback by the cleanliness of the restaurant. I was the only customer present, so they weren't busy at all. Unfortunately, the two young ladies behind the counter spent the entire time chatting, while the place was a mess. There were no napkins available, and trash was scattered everywhere. Five tables had not been cleaned at all, making the overall atmosphere quite unappetizing.
I stopped by to grab a salad on Friday, and as I was leaving, one of the girls behind the counter started sneezing. I didn't see her change her gloves or clean anything afterward. Now, it's Sunday, and I’ve come down with an illness. I can't help but think it's not just a coincidence; she must have been sneezing all day. When you work near open food, one sneeze should warrant sending that person home and discarding the affected food. All the employees just stood around without a care in the world. I really should have left the food behind and asked for a refund. This is what I get for not trusting my instincts.
I visited earlier with my husband for a healthy dinner date and ordered the Chipotle ranch salad. It was delicious and quite large—I even had to grab a to-go box! However, I would have liked a little more tomatoes in it. The two women working there were really cheerful and appeared to be enjoying their jobs. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!
