Starbucks - Nicholasville

I come here at least 5 times a week and my drink is always perfect! Everyone is always so nice, thank you.

I was here at the right time, no line. Staff was friendly. Service in drive-thru was fast. I enjoyed my coffee and pumpkin cream cheese muffin. Get one before the autumn season ends.

I’ma semi truck driver who’s never had a problem ordering a mobile order and walking up to drive thru to get it. I had my dog on a walk with me and placed a mobile order and walked up to the window. The girl looked at me like I had three heads and told me she wasn’t allowed to give me my items and that I would have to come inside even seeing that I had a dog with me. I then said are you going to allow me to bring him in and then she looked at the other girl and asked and the other girl said no sorry. No problem solving skills for either one of them. So I then said well what would you like for me to do? You can either refund my money or give me my items. She then said she’ll bring the items out to me and then after speaking to another customer who was asking what was going on and then them laughing at me like I was some second rate citizen just because I couldn’t come in to get my food! Extremely rude and this experience has solidified my decision to never walking into a Starbucks again. People who need to see this probably won’t and this review probably won’t even matter but thought I’d give a heads up to my fellow truck drivers out there about this location since it’s near some parking.
