After several visits to this Panfè store, I can say with certainty that in terms of service staff we are not there at all, it is getting worse and worse. 15 minutes to pay for a coffee, another 5 to get it. With lots of dislike included. It's a problem that comes up over and over again in this place. Today's girl of a unique rudeness. I'm very sorry because it could be a good place but ruined by people who don't know how to work and pay zero attention to the customer. I hope I can change my mind one day update: as the sincere person that I am, I felt compelled to change my review and congratulate the manager for having paid attention to the care of the staff, which is clearly improving. I come every day, and I've witnessed a personal change with the addition of two really nice guys. The girls are also very friendly and helpful, you no longer have to wait an hour for a coffee!!
