Tradewinds Italian - Niceville

Tradewinds? more like Tradewins! This small hole-in-the-wall restaurant doesn't need to show off. It may look small and charming on the outside, but once you step inside, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed and lively. They serve a large bottle of olive oil with a unique blend of seasonings to accompany the fresh bread. Teresa provided excellent service! We tried the captivating Alfredo with smoked ham and, in short, it was absolutely delicious. We've tried many Alfredo dishes in the United States, and this restaurant easily ranks in the top 10. And of course, we couldn't resist finishing off our amazing dinner with the cannoli dessert – it was a real winner! The filling was handmade and delicious. I can't wait to come back when we're in town again.

This restaurant is a hidden gem that you might easily overlook. I have already returned with friends and recommended it to a colleague who was surprised to learn I had never left a review before. The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere was romantic. I highly recommend giving this place a try - you won't be disappointed!

Be sure to make a reservation! Tradewinds is a hidden gem located on the outskirts of Valparaiso and Niceville. The atmosphere is lovely and the service and food were excellent! Many thanks to Shelly for the outstanding service, my wife and I had a wonderful dining experience.

Absolutely wonderful hole in the wall, hidden gem in valparaiso! reserve in advance, it is worth it! the smell when they get in is intoxicating! the server are friendly and on their jobs. I ordered chicken marsala and my man ordered pizza. both were delicious! wonderful Italian cuisine!

Small building tucked away, easy to miss if you don’t know it’s there. Added parking in the back. Limited indoor seating but also seating outside if a nice day. Great fresh bread and olive oil with spices, salad very good with tasty dressing, pasta was hot off the stove and chicken breast (2 pieces) was very tasty and moist. Interior seating is a bit noisy, which for some reason makes it feel more intimate, like you’re lost in the crowd. I hate to say it but the pasta sauce tasted a lot like Ragu, and could use a little more flavor, or something…. vegetable pieces? Overall very good !
