This is a very small restaurant in the old town of nizza. there are about 2 tables inside (the kitchen is in the middle and creates a lot of warmth, and the TV... read more This is a very small restaurant in the old town of nizza. there are about 2 tables inside (the kitchen is in the middle and creates a lot of warmth, and the TV was far too loud) and a few more table outside. the young woman who served us was pleasant, but felt somewhat inexperienced (more mistakes with ordering), but the quality and taste of eating is very good. they advertised a 50% discount on eating, but this was not offered to us despite the request. Instead they offered a declaration that the items we ordered were not in the promotion (although we ordered alacarte and no preset menus).

We waited 1.10 mins for our food and AFTER waiting an hour we were told the green salad and hummus was not available. Very poor experience.

Excellent selection of Lebanese, Turkish, and mediterranean food. Very good quality. Some dishes such as Mechouia actually have chilli in them (rare in France).... read more Excellent selection of Lebanese, Turkish, and mediterranean food. Very good quality. Some dishes such as Mechouia actually have chilli in them (rare in France). Although it is in a back street, it still has some passers-by. No license, but offy only 50m away for beer, wine, etc. to bring back to table. Very helpful waitress. They cater well for veggies, and the exotic averse who just want a burger.

Here, the service is kind and attentive, the food is fresh and tasty and the prices represent good value for great food in a clean and historic setting. There is a good selection of mezzo plates and other dishes you’d expect on Lebanese menu. If you find yourself in Old Nice, seek this place out.
