Mon grand père étant né au Vietnam, et ayant passé sa vie à nice, c'est de loin le meilleur dans sa catégorie. Je recommence le Phô , la fameuse soupe tonkinoise, qui est un délice !

Food was tasty, the broth for the Phnom Penh soup was super flavorful. Super generous with the meat for the soup Tonkinoise (beef soup similar to Pho). You can eat outside as well as there are several tables on the terrace. Not too far from the train station or avenue Jean Medecin. Prices are affordable. I would have given a five stars but the noodles in my soup very a bit soft for my liking. Would go back again since they are super friendly and the food was pretty good.

Authentic and awesome. They have two sizes, small and big. You will want to get the biggest one, cause it's that good. Also, since I obviously don't know real Pho, the meat seems raw when you get it, but you are supposed to stirr it in the hot water and this will make the meat nice and tender. Definitely will be back for more. The very helpful waiter also recommend a great entrée to share, Banh Cuon, which we both loved. Very different, but now we have had it twice. The Beef Noodles are also great btw!
