Very well located (Walking distance to many points of interest, sea, walking street etc...) and very affordable for the high season period.Breakfast is good however some other chains have larger choices for a cheaper fare.Unique point so-so, no lifts to reach the lobby (which is also the first floor for the rooms)... A good opportunity to feel how heavy are your luggage.A good last minute choice anyway.

This is a very okay hotel to stay when you're visiting Nice and you want a good place to stay, not too expensive and close to the shopping center and the old to... read more This is a very okay hotel to stay when you're visiting Nice and you want a good place to stay, not too expensive and close to the shopping center and the old town.You don't have so much of a view, but we were out most of the day and evening and it was an okay room to sleep. Bathroom rather small, but practical. We did not take breakfast; we think it is nicer to have that somewhere in town.The only downside: no elevator, so you have to drag your suitcases up the stairs to the first floor, where the hotel is located.We stayed four nights in the beginning of april for total ca. € 335.Oh yeah, and if you travel to Nice by airplane, just take the bus. Easy and a lot cheaper than a cab.
