We had my wife 's Birthday lunch here on a beautiful sunny but windy day. The hues of blue in the water were amazing. This is a great place for view and very good food. Unfortunately, Service spoiled what should have been an exceptional Birthday lunch. I really don't think it's worth going here - it is expensive for what you get, and there are much better restaurants. The food was average (in fact some of the shellfish in my paella was burnt and like rubber) and we couldn't see the view. Wife and I ate here twice during our stay at Le Meridian Nice. Both meals were lunch as this restaurant is not open for dinner. 1st day i had a burger and my wife had chicken ceasar salad , beer and cocktail. Food was excellent, salad was so big I had to help her finish. So on our 2nd visit we just ordered the chicken ceasar again and split it. This was more than enough food to fill you up for lunch. Restaurant is on the rooftop of the hotel with amazing views.
Top quality food and service. Well worth what you pay and the view is amazing. If you want to tip please bring cash. We wanted to tip but could not do so via card. Thank you Brandon for looking after us, top job!

At first we were seated in a conservatory (which is a bit shabby) until we asked to be moved onto the balcony. They were unwilling to seat us at the front where you could appreciate the views (even though we had booked well in advance). So we were seated away from the edge and so couldn't actually see the view at all. We paid a premium for average food and no view. Bizarrely at the end of the meal I was offered the opportunity of taking a crappy hotel pen home with me, as though it were a great prize. A strangely insulting end to the meal!
La cuisine est bonne, le personnel très agréable. Toujours souriant. On se sent bien. La vue et le cadre sont magnifique. Les cocktails sont à goûter absolument.
