Was Alessio Silvestri at La Chamade Nice a mag?
Every time we come here for pizza we come home happy! La Chamade is a still a success and we are so happy that they have opened in Nice! We always come in a bigger group but there is never a problem, great service! And as a Glutenfree in Nice I'm so happy that La Chamade makes their own Glutenfree pizza dough, like heaven! :) View all feedback.

Amongst one of the best pizzerias in Nice. The jewel of the menu is pizza al metro , which is a big rectangular pizza with different toppings and meant to be shared (it comes in 50,75 and 100cm). Better make a reservation for dinner, especially during the weekend.
After 8 months living in Nice, I haven't been able to find a pizza better than this. Real neapolitan pizza, approved by my neapolitan boyfriend!
(I am Italian) Good quality pizza, up to Italian standards. The place is fairly small, therefore reserve a table or be ready to wait sometime outside, especially during summer holiday season.
We went to this place for dinner at night at 10:00. Takeaway was a dollar cheaper? Great crust and taste, and we have the pizza in 5min. The pizza was the best among the pizzerias we tried on our trip from South France to Northern Spain. Recommend!
We went here twice on our trip to Nice as the whole family loved it! The basic margherita pizza is probably the best pizza I have ever had. We did the 100cm the first time it wouldn't fit in our elevator for takeaway but definitely memorable. 100cm of pizza is perfect for our family of 6 (kids ages 9 17, 3 boys! . Highly recommend!!!

I hesitated to write a review because we had no reason to get in, as it was overbooked when we came and I couldn't book in front (no phone number found, but that's my fault). And to be honest about how I discovered the site... IRL and the room, the table and the chairs, I'm not sure I'm staying in. Very small, very narrow, very loud, not the kind of situation I would personally look for. Also the service / food etc. is excellent. I wrote here to warn that if you are looking for a comfortable place to eat, that is not the right one.
The manager (blond woman) is not client oriented at all, too arrogant, always serves their friends before customers. I was in this restaurant a few times, even before I was locked. But last pickup was a disaster. I called her and asked if they were resting zigzags, the girl said yes. When the girl prescribed the delivery, I agreed. Upon arrival, the girl said that they forget the machine and only take cash. I ordered three pizzas, so I had to go back to my sixth floor to find 40 Euro cash.... because it was the Couvre-feu, could not even use an ATM. The ingredients in our three pizzas were certainly overcooked, especially prosciutto crudo, which should not be cooked at all. This time I really doubted whether the ingredients came from Napoli. I decided to write this comment because I just had enough...
The pizzas are so good, authentic Italian and delicious to the last bite. So good we wanted to have a pizza in the second night, but it was Sunday night and they were closed.
Pizzas you can get anywhere, but original Naples pizza is only available at La Chamade. The small place is busy, but the service is absolute top class. If you love pizza, don't miss La Chamade. Love it
We nipped in here on a whim. Great find, the service was very Italian (warm and friendly and they made a fuss of the kids). Whilst the lovely owner muddled up our order we didn’t mention it because what came out the kitchen was simply...delicious looking and had the taste to match. Wholesome, home cooked Italian food. The kids tucked in and nothing went to waste. If visiting try the tiramisu dessert, best I’ve ever had outside of Italy! We will definitely be back to this family run restaurant.
