We got their menu "decouverte" that start with: cold soba noodles (small small bowl) jap broth Dobinmushi (small portion) plate with sushi and sashimi : very good tempura : pcs of salmon, stick of zucchini and stick of redpepper sukiyaki hotpot: meat, veggie and glass noodles with a bowl of rice In my opinion, the broth for the sukiyaki was too too salty and sweet. The more you cook your meat, the morethe broth got caramelized and changes the taste of the meat that is supposed to be dipped in a raw beat egg before eating dessert: chocolate mousse mochi and scoop of matcha ice cream. Overall, we were delighted by the quality, the quantity and the service but I keep thinking about the sukiyaki brotgh that was too thick and at the end impossible to eat that's why we left half of our raw meat intact.
