Salmon tartar like that. The maki and sushi are good. but still very simple. the magret is served with only salad leaves. We must specify that we want an extra accompaniment. prices are quite expensive: admissions, dishes euros. Finally the decoration is not transcendent. the large room could be more welcoming. but very good service.

The rice was unacceptable (Thai rice too cooked a pound. the second time: ramen miso with pork. the pork was in thin slice and despite everything hard to chew, and the worst it was the egg in the ramen it is the cherry on the cake normally) . It was just a cold hard egg, half of it. the yellow completely cooked... the gyosa raised the level on the other hand (at the same time harassed gyosa would have to go strong. Anyway, I'll go back in months to see if they've raised the level and otherwise I'll try to find another restaurant. very disappointed by the evolution of the restaurant. reviews of years ago: in my sense the best Japanese restaurant in france at least! for the ramens only at noon but it is worth it, quite delicious
