Bien différent des attrapes touristes qu'on peut trouver à Nice.Carte réduite d'où il n'en résulte que des plats de qualité.De l'entrée au dessert en passant par le plat nous avons été conquis!Tout est fait maison et ça se ressent dans l'assiette!!Adresse qui mérite d'être connue, le chef est plein d'avenir!! Et le service est de superbe qualité!
I went with 2 friends for diner, the restaurant is a bit away from the old town, so this is not a tourist trip ;-) The menu is small, but everything is freshly made and the atmosphere is very relaxed with Jazz music while waiting with a nice wine. The fish "Plat du jour" Dorade was perfectly cooked, the Canard Confit melting in your mouth and the Cochon de Lait is very tender. Highly recommended! I would not hesitate to come back.
On adore c'est pas la première fois et ça ne sera pas la dernière fois que nous mangeons dans ce Petit restaurant de Quartier . Proche de la place du pins et du port la qualité est au rendez-vous le foie gras mousse de patates douces fruit de la passion est à tomber les plats changent régulièrement nous avons pu goûter la Tagliata de boeuf et légumes wok sauce soja ou Encore pigeon Royal et aubergines où l'épaule d'agneau... Un RÉGAL !!!
De la astronomie rue Bonaparte ! C'est exigu mais bien agencé, on est bien même sur la terrasse installée sur les places de stationnement selon une pratique locale très répandue. La carte est brêve, les plats sont généreux et excellents, le service souriant et efficace... de la très très bonne cuisine dans un endroit inattendu ! bravo
Encore un moment fabuleux pour nos papilles. nous y sommes allé à 8 et avons gouté un peu tous les plats et avons eu un avis unanime : EXCELLENCEnos papilles gustatives se sont régalées

What an incredible restaurant. We had the seven course menu for €79 each. However, this was actually 10 courses of total perfection. From the courgette gazpacho to the beef cheek cooked for 24 hours (with the lightest polenta I've ever had), it was utterly delightful. Huge flavours, excellent service and value. One chef and one waiter. There's only one menu and it's 5 or 7 courses. Not sure a vegetarian would get on well here. The wine is reasonably priced (you can have a wine selection to go with the courses) and the cocktails are excellent. We arrived at 1915 and left at 2300. It's a rightfully leisurely affair and you'll be totally stuffed and happy at the end
After Milliseme it is hard to find another gem.....That said, Influence is good. The food is very decent and we had a very nice time. The waiter was very friendly. Sometimes it took a little too long between courses but all in all we had a very nice meal for a reasonable price. Would we visit again? Not immediately but we would recommend for a nice evening out.
Made a reservation in this cozy and small restaurant during our stay in Nice. We were greeted by a very friendly staff and seated at our table. It was a Tuesday night so it was faily quiet. To see the menu, you would need to scan their QR code at the table. There was a choice of 5 or 7 courses menu with pairing wines as an option, with a price tag of 55 or 79 euros respectively. We chose the 7 courses. Here is our feedback on the food: Firstly, the appearance and presentation of the food. Presentation is good but could have been better, while the appearance is blunt and grey, not Instagram friendly. Perhaps, it is the menu and choice of ingredients used. Looking at the photos posted on their site, the dishes were colourful and appeared appetizing. We guess we were just unlucky for our visit. Taste-wise, it is acceptable but not gloryingly spectacular. We are frequent fine dining and Michelin restaurants diners. We have had high expectation and looked forward to tasting the food, but could not helped feeling a tad disappointed especially seeing the positive reviews about the restaurant. The table service was very good and the gentleman serving us was attentive and informative. He even offered me a shawl (no cushions) to support my back as the chair seats are not well padded and least comfortable. The decor was warm and cozy with varying types of wicker hanging light shades. There is promising opportunity for the restaurant to escalate to a higher level of fine dining. It was a good experience for us to dine at Influence Nice and tried out their food. There is nothing negative about the service, only our constructive observations of the menu choice and ingredients used. We recently had a meal for 2 in this small restaurant. We had the 7 courses and all were delicious, unusual, with great attention to detail. Our waiter was superb! Made at effort to speak English as we struggled in French. I had a delicious lycee cocktail to kick things off and the waiter recommended some amazing wines to match our courses. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return. Thanks for a great meal x
We tried the 5 course menu and had a really good tasting experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant were relaxing nearly like being a valuable guest in someone’s home. Thank you for a nice evening with excellent service. (And we still wonder, how did they come up with the idea to combine smoked fish with chocolate? .

Fabulous menu, mastered. discreet and efficient reception. there is just a lack of wines in the range of admissions.
Bravo. We spent an excellent gastronomic moment. dinner menu influence in 8 very refined and sought-after dishes. I loved the capucino with the ceps! the service is neat and the advice for the choice of wines is perfect. we'll be back

Monday evening in March. Only three couples in the place, but such a lovely welcoming atmosphere. The waiter spoke perfect English and told us all about the food as it arrived and the wines the meals were matched with. It was all good quality and served beautifully. We just had dinner at this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and diversity of the food. Each dish was delicious, with a nice balance of textures, sophisticated without being overly complicated. The relatively small dining room creates a nice cozy atmosphere and the unique menu is changed every couple of months. We’ll be back! Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
