C'est avec plaisirs que nous venons manger à cet Hippotamus Massena. Le personnel est accueillant quand vous arrivez, vous présente la suggestion du jour. Vous êtes sûr de manger une bonne viande rouge. Vous avez des menus pour toutes les bourses. Les enfants ont un livret avec des crayons de couleurs et choisissent leur menu. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks and the meals arrived just as we were about to walk out. Our meals were adequate but no where near good enough to make up for the bad service. View all feedback.
Great food and service. Very nice staff, quality food and drinks and you can have a great deal by choosing a menu instead of individual courses.
Produits frais.. les viandes y sont excellentes... accueil parfait...le personnel au petit soin...un moment toujours très agréable.

Had dinner at Hippopotamus the other night. The food was average at best and quite expensive for that kind of quality. The staff was nice and service was pretty fast, so no complains there. But if you want good tasty food in Nice, you should consider another restaurant.
Great food! They have awesome menus that are a very good deal and include desserts, drinks, starters and main course. Personnel is very kind and helpfull. Prices affordable, nothing too expensive. Will come back ????
