Herryly organic doesn't mean BON. I bought bread twice at bread. Last time, two weeks ago, I took a little epeautre. in the hand the bread was very heavy (bad sign), by pressing the croute, no sound came out (2nd bad sign). at the end, once the bread was cut into two at home, my suspicions confirmed - the bread did not rise sufficiently, the mie was very tight and the taste did not exist. Fabulous bakery! My boyfriend and I stayed close to this bakery during our time in Nice.
There's no point in criticizing the French kitchen... every morning I went to the bakery for fresh bakery, the kids eaten bahets just like that, croissants, the macaroni of olives all, always fresh and even warm. (Cell phone rings) (Cell phone rings)
We were in the small bakery for breakfast and had a very nice and nice service. the breakfast included a baked, juice and hot drink for 6€ per person. in addition we had a super tasty quiche.
