Herryly organic doesn't mean BON. I bought bread twice at bread. Last time, two weeks ago, I took a little epeautre. in the hand the bread was very heavy (bad sign), by pressing the croute, no sound came out (2nd bad sign). at the end, once the bread was cut into two at home, my suspicions confirmed - the bread did not rise sufficiently, the mie was very tight and the taste did not exist.
