disappointing. .absolutely not in relation to the number of stars of the hotel. unclearly complicated menu to read and understand, kitchen quality too simple but little in relation to the price level; The turbo was fade, advertised grilled but wasn't... but the vegetables were very tasteful. We were particularly marvelous: what a pleasure to discover new flavours, those that flatten the palace, not the third-class gastronomy if you see what you want to talk about and that you can find at the “best” tables. With the leader of the boscolo, we are pleased, from the amusing mouth to the entrance and to the dessert. I'm not gonna unveil the card to you to find out. Anyway, olivier Boeuf is a very serious chef, who doesn't take himself seriously but who has talent, a lot of talent.
Horrible services horribles. Ne mangez jamais dans cet hôtel si vous restez ici. Ils ont tout faux. Le personnel s'en fiche. Sauve-toi et ne viens pas ici. (Avis d'origine) Horrible horrible services. Don't ever eat at this hotel if you stay here. They got everything wrong. Staff simply doesn't care. Save yourself and don't come here.
From all the restaurants I could make in Nice, I ate the best risotto. I loved this restaurant, the setting is quiet, its very friendly little music, a quality presentation, and a rather pleasant and dynamic waitress! A restaurant, bravo!
Excellent at the end, impeccable service, very beautiful menu concept around the truffle, and superb decoration!
