Great restaurant for a birthday meal. Staff are always friendly and attentive even when the restaurant is busy. The food is consistently good every time with a good selection of specials as well. The duck confit was delicious and lamb hotpot also very good, there's certainly no scrimping on portion sizes. Didn't have room for dessert!

Celebrated Birthday with friends, great food served by friendly staff contributed to a very enjoyable day. Having eaten here several times before it is nice to see the quality and standard is still maintained.
Meal with a group of friends, everyone thought the meal and service was excellent. We were there on a Monday which is pie and a pint night excellent value we will be back.
A pleasant evening for a party of four in pleasant surroundings with good service and food.
