Palace - Niasviz

We spent a wonderful weekend at the Palace Hotel!!! Amazing place, friendly staff. We liked everything. The breakfast in the Getman restaurant was delicious and filling. We had 2 children with us (quite selective in food) we ate everything. Croissants and the coffee are simply amazing. We spent the morning walking around the park. We left in a wonderful mood, admiring the beauty around us. I highly recommend giving yourself a night in the castle!!

Stayed at this hotel for four nights. To say DISAPPOINTED is an understatement! The cost does not match the quality 2 times exactly! 1. They wanted to live in a castle. Booked 2 standard double rooms. The cost is 150 rubles per day from one room. Upon arrival, it turned out that all standard rooms (except suites) are not in the castle, but in the former stable! This was not mentioned anywhere on the site and no one warned when booking! Our first and main disappointment. 2. Check-in at the hotel from 14:00, but you can pick up and unload things from the car only after 19:00. Check-out is at 12:00, but you can drive up by car until 10:00 am. In fact, you have to check out before 10 if you don’t want to drag your bags to the parking lot, which is located at a decent distance from the hotel. 3. Dimensions of standard rooms. I have never seen such tiny rooms anywhere. Rooms with double beds are located on the 2nd attic floor, it is almost impossible to move there due to the slope of the roof. You have to crawl to the bed almost crawling. 4. Location of sockets and switches. It seems that when performing repairs, they specifically tried to place ALL switches as inconveniently as possible, always behind the door, behind the TV or in another secluded place. 5. The WiFi signal in many rooms is so weak that sometimes, in order to send a letter, you have to run around the number in search of the Internet. My wife's smartphone could not connect at all. 6. A refrigerator is declared in the room, but in fact it is not. There is a public one located on the 2nd floor. 7. There is an ironing room, there is an ironing board in it, which looks like it will fall apart. 8. View from the window on an earthen rampart 2 meters away or the sky (2nd floor). As a result, the price of such a number should be 50-60 Belarusian rubles. After reading the reviews, they refused breakfast at the Getman restaurant. Pros: friendly staff, cleanliness, proximity to the castle. DO NOT RECOMMEND

About the hotel itself, the rooms are so-so of course, stuffy, mosquitoes, beds like for gnomes, the linen seems to be clean, but a lot of other people's hair, how is it? But it doesn't matter when you live near a castle. Rooms: 3

Very strange numbers. We took suites. They were senselessly huge. Very uncomfortable. Reminds me of Stalin 's office. The mattress is uncomfortable. Very beautiful view from the window, but this is not the dignity of the hotel. The worst thing is that you can’t enter the territory during the daytime to unload your suitcases. And nothing has been done to help guests with things. You drag like an idiot with suitcases through the park, and then along the cobblestones. And all this for 550 Belarusian rubles per day. In Russian rubles, about 20 thousand. Tin!!! At the reception, the director himself shrugged, saying that we know about the problem, but we will not do anything. The situation in the restaurant is also strange, the waitress simply did not break through the dish, and I waited an hour for it. My friend was not finished with pasta for the child and they were re-cooked for another half an hour, although no one asked for them. In general, a strange place. The only plus is the castle itself and the parks around. That 's very beautiful. Otherwise, the collective farm and a typical tourist nai ... in !!

Terrible, I can 't find any other words. Booked a hotel for two with plans to stay for the first time in this hotel. As a result, they called me and threw off another photo that it was my fault that I had made the wrong reservation, and indeed, it was as if it was impossible to book rooms in this hotel on those dates. Terribly disappointed with this attitude. I didn’t manage to relax in this hotel and I hope I won’t get to you. With an attitude like that, you don 't want to go. And I want to advise you one thing. There is a hotel Nesvizh not far from the castle, about 10 minutes on foot. Adequate workers and a clear clarity in the armor and there are no pitfalls. It seems that against the background of the arrival of some group from Mars from June 27 until the end of the month, they simply decided to merge ordinary people by reservation. Great attitude, keep it up. I will continue to inform about your actions in relation to guests who want to have a great time in Nesvizh.
