It’s rare that I give franchise locations more than 3 starts but considering this stores in the Fallsview Casino Resort and the have kept their prices fairly reasonable they deserve some credit here because everyone else is price gauging. View all feedback.
Tim Hortons is a nice place with good coffee and breakfast items. There's seating in this area too
This is a great spot for meetings, breakfast, lunch, or just relaxing. Their pastries are so delicious that they have a way of sticking to your hips! The staff is friendly and efficient.
It's uncommon for me to rate franchise locations higher than 3 stars, but this one at the Fallsview Casino Resort deserves recognition. They've managed to keep their prices quite reasonable, especially when compared to others who are hiking them up.
I would say the customer service is excellent. When I visited, there was no wait, which is a relief since long lines can be frustrating. Overall, I give the employees five stars. Here are a few highlights: 1. Fresh coffee 2. Great customer service 3. Fresh food 4. A wide variety of donuts and muffins. What more could you ask for?
