Tim Hortons - Niagara Falls

The staff was incredibly rude, refusing to provide free water for my friend who has epilepsy. I could also overhear them speaking grumpily about us. We will never come back here again.

I visited this restaurant twice this week since I work nearby. During our first lunch break, we had to leave our coffee three times because everything seemed watered down. We ordered the big chili, but not only was it not spicy, we received what appeared to be only a quarter of a bun—around three inches in size. I returned for coffee this morning, but two out of three orders were wrong. All three coffees were lukewarm and tasted watered down. The service here is very poor, and it seems the staff doesn’t care at all. This place needs to improve.

We had to wait for our dinner at the exit and got really burned bagels. 2 of 3 of our bagels were very burned and gave us the wrong reception. Did they know there was a offer when they complete the question? We didn't. we never get the reception. we had to ask for one. food: 1/5

The slowest tim hortons on the planet, i waited 10 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me before i finally decided to walk in. Then I waited another 10 minutes inside with only 2 guys ahead of me, i ordered the chili but then I was told it wasnt available. Neither were half the donuts in the display case, 5 people working the drive thru but only one at the counter and she was overwelmed. Glenda was yelling at customers and displayed a very negative attitude she was simply to old for that job and was in full panic mode. Ive been there 3 times and all 3 visits were dissapointing.

Always the usual selections. You can't expect a whole lot of variety when going to Tim's. The food was prepared well. The staff are friendly and courteous. The place is tidy inside and out. A good location to stop at when on the go
