Napoli Ristorante Pizzeria - Feedback

Was User at Napoli Ristorante Pizzeria a mag?
Gluten free pizza was mediocre (squishy and too sweet for us) but the naturally gluten free items (grilled shrimp with beans, antipasti plate, stuffed chicken with butternut squash, to name a few) were fantastic! View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Napoli Ristorante Pizzeria:
They were from Gf Pasta when we left. Kellner was not knowledgeable and falsely said that Calamari was gf-luckily, I clarified with the manager. The pizza is cooked in the same room as regular pizza. It's over getting chickens. View all feedback.

Very good Italian meal, pizza, spaggetti and excellent dessert. Impeccable service and the first French speaking waitress in Niagara Falls! Very good meal, unforgettable dessert but a bit pricey. For two adults and a teenager $ 100 (without wine)!
Read all the reviews on here as this was one of the top Italian reastaurants on TripAdvisor. Dunno what these people are talking about? First off when we walked in they made us wait for 10 minutes as if they were busy which they were not. The staff was super friendly and very very nice.We had pizza for starters and it was just ok, edible. Then we ordered the veal parmigiana with spaghetti. At first my husband was excited bc the veal was huge it went across the full plate. I stated to cut into it and it was so tough I needed like a chainsaw to get through it. Then I took my first bite, it was so tough i had to chew it for a while before swallowing. The taste was off, very funky not that delicious buttery taste one gets when u bite into veal. It was so disappointing. The spaghetti also had a weird taste of the sauce. Now my husband that could eat for days even had difficulties finishing his plate. I couldn't eat it and wrapped it to go and gave it to a homeless person on Clifton hill. I did ask the people next to me how their meal was they had the ravioli which they said was excellent and the gnocchi that was out of this world. So in conclusion we will not go back there as the sauce was not to our liking and the veal was tough like leather. We can get pizza else where as well. Again TripAdvisor ranked this very high and I just don't get it? Also the restaurant was not cheap for the three of us it was over $100 plus tip!
The food is good, I recommend the fish fillet and Chianti wine with a good rice, nothing special. World but very good for dinner, you need to make a reservation
Our yearly visited always ends with a trip to what was our favorite italian ristorante in Niagara BUT....this year was a DISAPPOINTMENT.We ordered 2 appetizers of calamari which normally would have accomodate our family of 5....but when it got to the table we were shocked to find barely 5 pieces of calamari in each of the 2 plates????? Almost $15 each???? Three of of us had pasta 2-spaghetti alla chitarra and 1- tagliatelle al funghì and 2 had pizza. Must say flavour is still Delicious BUT when spending close to $160 you better had fed my family in true Italian fashion. This is not an over the top fancy resto where portions don't accommodate forks...but perhaps they are looking to go in that direction? Regardless they've lost these loyal customers.
Fresh pasta being made daily, good teamwork by front and back of house. if your looking for authentic Italian food Napoli is the place to go !

After a long 7-hour flight and a 45-minute drive, we decided to stop at this restaurant for our first meal. The service was friendly, and the ambiance was dimly lit in certain areas. Although our hunger was our top priority, we were delighted by the delicious focaccia and burrata. Unfortunately, the calamari was just average, and the mafalda con funghi (mushroom pasta) didn’t quite meet our expectations. The pizza was the most disappointing aspect of the meal—soggy, doughy, and reminiscent of fast-food pizza. Despite the restaurant's apparent popularity, the food didn't impress us as we had hoped. Everyone has their own tastes and opinions, but this dining experience ultimately fell short for us.
The food and desserts at this restaurant were fantastic. The service was excellent and very authentic. It reminded me of my grandmother's homemade sauce and pasta. The espresso was also delicious.
We absolutely loved this restaurant! My husband and I had a delightful date night on a Saturday in Niagara. We waited just a brief 10 minutes before being seated in the lounge, where we enjoyed some drinks. Each dish we ordered was outstanding—the taste of the homemade pasta was particularly remarkable. The service was also very friendly and attentive.
I am writing this review because we decided to try this restaurant based on reviews, and we were not disappointed! This charming little restaurant was amazing. We were able to easily bring my mom in a motorized wheelchair. The homemade pasta was delicious, and the authentic, paper-thin crust pizza was fantastic. We would definitely return for the food alone, but our waitress Janet made the experience exceptional. She was patient, sweet, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The extra helpers even pre-cleared our table to assist us. The food and service were top-notch. We walked half a mile from our Hilton hotel to get there, and it was completely worth it!
This Italian restaurant is definitely worth a visit! It's a well-established spot that offers excellent service, freshly baked focaccia, creamy whipped ricotta, flavorful salads, a wide range of pasta dishes, and irresistible desserts. We kicked off our meal with the homemade focaccia topped with whipped ricotta and honey, which was absolutely delightful. Next, we enjoyed a refreshing and well-balanced arugula salad before diving into a generous serving of linguine with seafood, brimming with a variety of fresh seafood. To wrap up our meal, we indulged in a cup of coffee paired with a mouthwatering lemon blueberry cheesecake. Every bite was simply delicious!

First time visit this evening with our family... definitely one of my top 5 meals of all time.. The food was so fresh and felt like recipes were golden/priceless. Ambience was very nice as well.. classy music and wonderful attentive service.
The atmosphere, the service, and especially the food were exceptional. This was the best meal my fiancée and I have enjoyed in years. Everything about the dining experience was perfect from beginning to end.
Amazing food, excellent service-Jorge was very hospitable as well as the other staff who ensured that we enjoyed every moment of our dining experience. Nice ambience, would recommend! Certainly would go back next time in town!
As locals, we chose Napoli's because we knew it had a long-standing reputation. What a fantastic choice! The food was incredible, and the staff truly surpassed our expectations. Marco, in particular, not only delivered our meals but also made us feel like we were part of the family. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.
Appetizers were amazing...meal was fantastic... dessert (Cannoli) was out of this world delicious!!!

Exceptional service and warmth! We always make it a point to visit Napoli whenever we’re in Niagara Falls. The fresh homemade pastas and delectable pizzas never disappoint. This restaurant consistently impresses, and we highly recommend it. A big shoutout to Anthony and his friendly, attentive team!
What an amazing meal. I highly recommend eating here. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be eating here again. Thanks Napoli.
The food was outstanding! Every dish I tried was fantastic. This is the exact type of Italian restaurant I've always dreamed of visiting. The server provided excellent recommendations that helped enhance my dining experience. The atmosphere is tranquil, complemented by soft jazz music, and you can comfortably dine in casual attire. If I weren't over 2,300 miles away, I would definitely visit at least twice a month!
We had an outstanding experience from the service to the food—truly exceptional! We visited for a staff Christmas party, and we’ll definitely return. Everyone loved their meals and the inviting atmosphere. This is a place you should definitely add to your list. Trust me, you'll be glad you did! My taste buds are still celebrating! Highly recommend!!!
Amazing, delicious dinner as always at Napoli! Anthony staff always go above beyond to make it a fantastic evening!!!

Loved the atmosphere, the music, the walls were painted and so pretty. Service is great food is good. I felt like I’m in Italy. Even thought about opening a restaurant in Italy
Classic pizza joint with a fantastic variety and delicious flavors. The service can be hit or miss at times, but the food is outstanding.
Perfect place to enjoy the evening when crossing the border. Good food and great service. Only downside, no working WiFi
This is the place in Niagara Falls that you will want to come for authentic Italian cuisine! Absolutely delicious! Everything was perfect... And I have to say a very big part of the experience was the service. Jorge (or George, he said call him whatever was easier) pushed this experience over the top! He was quick, extremely professional, funny and very attentive. He was there when ever we needed anything... The drinks, appetizers, main course and after dinner aperitifs were flawless. This is a place that I highly recommend! If you are in Niagara Falls and want to be happy... Go there!
We ordered a pizza and two pasta. Price was very reasonable. All tasted good but especially the pizza. We could not finish the pizza and took one piece home. After 48 hours and traveling over 100 km in winter, the pizza still tasted fresh after a short bake in a small oven. That tells you how good the dough was. Our waiter was exceptional. Knowing that we wanted to share all our food just by listening to our conversation, he brought additional plates for us without asking. Our cups were always filled. Not once did we have to wave him in to fill them. There were many more small incidents to show how attentive he was. Napoli seemed like a family restaurant in a small town but with a top notch service and food. I hope they will remain this way for years to come.

Great gf options. The pasta, pizza and steak were delicious. The staff is very well known.

We visited this restaurant based on a recommendation from a B&B owner who has always given us great advice. The service was excellent, and the lovely restaurant was well-maintained. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive regarding gluten intolerance. Although I couldn't have any of the wonderful bread that my family enjoyed, I still had plenty of options to choose from on the menu. We shared an appetizer, and I ordered the risotto of the day, which was fantastic. It was definitely worth the trip away from the touristy spots near the falls!
