Last year we went just before Xmas and it was a great steak. My fiance had salmon and it was dry and overcooked. So this year she had a ribeye and I had the strip. Both steaks were the most expensive they had. Both were dry! Very disappointed. Maybe we got unlucky this year or lucky with my steak last year. I won't be rushing back.
