It's a sports bar and therefore noisy but the food was surprisingly good. Not a place we retirees would normally go, but with a wonderful discount coupon for $50, it was very good value!
The food was delicious, but could have been a lot hotter. It was mid warm at best. I did not send it back as I was so hungry and didn't want to wait any longer.
Our server claudia was wonderful and made us so welcome. the 3 cheese dives were delicious.
James was fantastic! he was chatting and friendly, and really added to experience. great food, great vibes all around! food: 5/5 service: 5/5 atmosphere: 5/5 .more
The restaurant offers a mix of experiences, from disappointment to complete satisfaction. While some diners encountered issues with food quality, service, and pricing, others praised the staff's knowledge of dietary restrictions and the delicious gluten-free options. The establishment caters well to families, offers good value with discounts, and provides a comfortable ambience for sports fans. Despite occasional hiccups, the overall consensus is divided, with some deciding not to return and others looking forward to revisits. The diverse range of reviews suggests that while the restaurant may not be for everyone, it still has its loyal patrons who appreciate its offerings.

The staff is very knowledgeable regarding gluten free and cross contamination, I had the bacon cheese burger with a gluten free bun and a salad. No dedicated fryer, but the salad was fantastic. We sent compliments to the chef, both of our meals were truly amazing
Meal time was great, confirmed frit dedicated to Pommes. We had burgers and chicken burgers, good taste. GF Buns were nice. Server was about what was and was not able to be made gf. Great experience
The gf food was excellent, the service was not so much. Bf enjoyed his meal and the drinks were delicious

Had a great experience here. Despite a large party with several kids, Andrea did a great job making sure everyone was well taken care of. Would highly recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chicken Fingers, Fish and Chips, French Onion
Unfortunately, not a great experience. Another tourist trap!Service was inattentive, high prices for a mediocre food. More than $10 for a cup of soup!? For the price I was expecting a bowl or plate of soup, received a tiny cup instead! What a bummer and rip off! Calamari was rubbery overcooked awful. At least Nachos was okay, but pricey. Server never came to refill water or soda nor offered to. Most of time needed to be hunted to ask something... Nonetheless, has great sports bar ambience. Not going back nor recommend it. This place is amazing!! Make sure to try the Turtle Wings, you won't be disappointed! We've been here four times and have enjoyed everything we've ordered each time. The manager has always been very friendly and has taken the time to chat with us. My oldest daughter even chose this restaurant for her birthday and they surprised her with a special dessert! Thank you for always delivering consistent and delicious food. We can't wait for our next visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
As a fan of Turtle Jack's, I had a great time with my family at the restaurant. The food was excellent, with dishes served at the right temperatures and very clean. The general manager greeted us at the entrance and we had a pleasant chat about the menu. Parking was convenient and overall we had a wonderful family dinner experience. The service, food quality, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5. Recommended dishes include the Chicken Fingers, Chicken Fajitas, Bison Meatloaf, Chips, Fish and Chips, and Salad. While parking may be somewhat difficult to find, there is a free parking lot available. Thank you for a great dining experience! I tried the deep-fried lobster tails at this restaurant and it was a unique experience for me. I would rate the dish a 7 out of 10 at best. The service was average, with a rating of 5 out of 10. We dined in for dinner and the price per person was around CA$70-80. The food quality was a 4 out of 10, and the atmosphere was a 3 out of 10. Overall, it was an okay dining experience.

Very good restaurant,My wife liked it, and she has a very high standards ?The food was great, the service as well,Thank you Jane for your welcome,A traveller from Quebec,
I definitely did not expect much going in as I figured it was a chain restaurant. But the food was surprisingly great, warm, tasty and well priced with plentiful portions! The desserts were amazingly decadent and tasty. We also received extremely friendly and timely service from our table’s server—so we were very happy to eat here. Only thing is that this restaurant doesn’t have washrooms of its own and shares it with the hotel next door. Unfortunately because the washrooms were directly off of the hotel lobby, the washrooms were old and dirty, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault. Overall this is a great place to eat and it really is facing the Falls.
Great breakfast staff We had the Traditional breakfast with sausage the Eggs Benedict. Both were really great. Highly recommend getting the sausage.
The service was very good and the food was mediocre. The lobster soup is too salty. The salad was OK, but not enough. The steak was medium rare, but it was too old to cut, so the waiter offered to re-cook it for us and gave us a thick-cut steak, but unfortunately they are not very good at grilling steaks, and the second steak was burnt and the meat was very dry. The waiter made up for it by bringing us a dessert, which was very kind, but it was too sweet. However we were still touched by the warm service.
I order the Bacon Cheddar burger. It was delicious (greasy and juicy)...no seriously,... it was yummy!!! The only thing, they didn't ask how I wanted the burger cooked. I usually order medium rare, but he'll, it really didn't matter because it was that good. And the Caesar Salad was spot on refreshing!! A little more pricier than the other places nearby with burgers, but I was satisfied.

From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we could smell the food being prepared and served. Our server was Claudia. She was amazing! I ordered the salmon with coconut rice and added the fried lobster tail. My parents ordered the blackenedchicken. We did wait a bit for the food to be prepared but it was well worth the wait. We are foodies and love spicyfood…everything was seasoned to perfection. Our compliments to the chef! After dinner we had coffee and dessert. Claudiarecommended the sticky toffee pudding and the fire and ice vanilla ice cream rolled in cinnamon and fried…both weredelicious… we don’t know which is better. Delicious!!! Great food, great service!!! We’ll definitely be back again andwould recommend this restaurant to everyone travelling in the Niagara Falls area.
We had a good dinner here. Claudia was so friendly and made great recommendations for dinner. We ordered the fried pickles, calamari, Nashville chicken sandwich and the fish tacos. We were beyond stuffed.
Awesome food and service! Appetizers were the Big Bang Shrimp and a Lobster Bisque. Main course was Bison Meatloaf and the Salmon with Mango. Delicious! We split the dessert which was big enough for two, Sticky Toffee Pudding with vanilla ice cream. Our server was Claudia!
Great experience, the food exceeded our expectations. The quality was just superb, something you rarely see in Niagara. The wine and beer are both great. Our waitress Victoria was amazing and super friendly. The food price is acceptable compared toother places in the area. Chicken Wings are a little bit smaller in size compared to other places, but we were told they areorganic, which makes sense. One of the very few places in Niagara with free wifi!
Went here for dinner because the menu looked good and it was new to us. Well worth it as the foods was well prepared, the servers were friendly and accommodating and the portions were big, and dessert was over the top. The prices are typical of atourist area but at least you get your money's worth.

Great place! Server knew celiac. They had a gluten free menu and was informed that fries are in a shared fryer. Burger was great! Bread did fall apart towards the end but it tasted wonderful!
Went to this place bc of the reviews. Not sure if we were unlucky with the kitchen staff, but I’m very sensitive and had a small reaction with just two bites. Ordered the blacked basa and rice was horribly undercooked and fish was ridiculously spicy, would have returned it anyway (which is something I never do; but not even my husband could eat it terrible). Don’t recommend.
