The manager and a host were present when I entered and they did not greet me. I actually think they glared at me, after a few awkward moments I explained that I made a reservation for 10 via opentable, they had no idea what I was talking about. The server at the restaurant was friendly, fast, and attentive, always anticipating our needs. The BBQ Rib special was delicious and also a great deal.
I have to give credit to this restaurant for consistently delivering excellent service and delicious food. When they realized they were out of the dish I wanted, the manager promptly approached me, offered a complimentary dessert or appetizer with a coupon, and handed me a new menu to select an alternative. He was apologetic and extremely kind.
I had a very pleasant experience at this restaurant. The waitress was wonderful, the atmosphere was good, and overall I had a very nice time.
Used to love TGIFridays, but food was terrible. Potato skins were rubbery and had a slice of cheese folded over on top. Not shredded. Frozen potato skins from grocery store are better. Took 4 teen girls for bday party burgers were small and underdone. Dismal failure. Service was mediocre though place was half empty. Will never eat there again.
Food was great, but it took forever for our food to actually come. We waited about 40 minutes after we ordered until our food came.
