Subway - Niagara Falls

Just brutal! Stay away. Not sure how this Subway is still open. Walked in for lunch, ‘open’ sign off so the guy obviously didn’t want people coming in. Chairs were all up on the tables saying ‘don’t eat here’. Dirty walls, filthy floors. It was noon and lettuce was wilted, veggies looked old. The guy behind the counter was clearly not happy to be there and basically told us to f c off without actually telling us that. We don’t mind Subway back in Canada but this experience was just crazy. Zero quality control and customer service. I hope it’s a one off for Subway in the US.

Cranky teenage girl with bad attitude working there this afternoon. Throwing sandwich and change at customers, letting everyone know she’s unhappy to be there, place was dirty. Seems to be the standard for this location based on other reviews. Go to another Subway, this one sucks.

Rude service, employees don't even know their own menu items, can't even tell the difference between white and wheat bread, don't know how to wrap flat bread or make , girl was there almost wearing bikini bottom, nasty and rude crew

She became agitated when I placed my order and asked questions about my coupon? Both servers need more customer service training and a smile.

Very mean crew, although food was decent and for sure they need great employees
