The behavior of the staff was shocking; multiple employees actually told me to leave and not return, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. All I wanted was my food to be hot, or at the very least warm. Instead, I was met with mocking and laughter from several staff members as they waved goodbye and shouted at me. To make matters worse, they threatened to call the police when I refused to pay for food that was cold and inedible, which I hadn't even touched. Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience.

As soon as we sat down, the waitress came over to take our orders. I asked for a drink, but they didn't have the ingredients for what I wanted. That was okay, but instead of giving me a moment to think of another option, she seemed annoyed, so I just asked for water instead. She didn't greet us or smile at all; it felt like she was just going through the motions, and her unwelcoming attitude was off-putting. I've never left a poor tip before, but tonight I only gave her three dollars—mainly because I was lucky I didn't walk out. This isn’t the first time I’ve had her as a server; she’s always been the same. I almost left right then, but my husband managed to calm me down. However, I can say for sure that we won’t be coming back!

Unfortunately, the fish we had tonight was quite disappointing—it was greasy and unappetizing, making it nearly inedible. The service was also not up to par. I’m really saddened by this experience, as the food quality was lacking and the prices were high. I regret to say, John, but I won’t be returning; I’ll be choosing to spend my money elsewhere.

Girls Lobster Sensation and Shrimp... read more Head Lettuce salad with a red onion ring on top with an oil and vinegar water dressing no hebs and nothing Italian about it. Girls Lobster Sensation and Shrimp Fettuccine was served cold without garnish it may have had a Lobster fleck in it. Walleye was good.
