The Spice Village - Neyattinkara

It's the best place with most delicious food not only in Kovalam and India! Maybe in Lyon you can find something almost as much delicious, but it will be 10 times more expensive ;) These smily gyus cook for you as if you were their relative, and you really can feel it in this food. Most of my friends (quite a number during several years) who've been there consider it the most tasty and cozy place (I have my favourite corner there:) ) in Kovalam. Maybe it's one of few reasons for me to come back namely to Kovalam for 3 times already (the 4th is coming soon).And by the way, Russian Polyglot guide gives just 3 restaurant recomendations in Kerala: 1 in Kochi, 1 in Trivandrum, and Spyce Village in Kovalam! :)

I ate several times here, tried the dosa, some curry and everything was always well prepared and yummie. It takes a little time to get your food, as they make it freshly so it worth the wait.

This place is just awesome. Food quality, location are great. Staffs are very nice. Seafoods and Kerala delicacies must be tried here. Cards are accepted here.

Ci siamo arrivati davvero per caso ed è stata davvero una piacevole sorpresa: ottimo cibo e ambiente interessante e tranquillo.

Great place! Amazing setting , lovely staff - and the food is unreal! Had coconut porridge which was lovely and we all shared some curries and they were great. We would have eaten here more but we only had a small amount of spare time and the food takes quite a while to come out- but well worth it!
