The service was terrible. Call and place our order. When I arrived there, I waited for my food. Placed to the head of the line the phone and the woman behind the register placed a call for another order instead of the call in the handle until she could take my payment. After waiting, the woman found my order missing and was not ready. No excuse for the mistake. View all feedback.
I had a disappointing experience with the service. I called ahead to place my order, but when I arrived, I had to wait for my food. Even though I was at the front of the line, the woman at the register took another call for a different order instead of handling my order first while she processed my payment. After waiting, she discovered that my order was missing and wasn't ready. There was no apology or explanation for the mistake.
The service was extremely disappointing. I called in to place my order, but when I arrived to pick it up, I ended up waiting a long time for my food. Even though I was at the front of the line with my phone order, the woman at the register chose to take another call instead of processing my order and collecting my payment. After another wait, she realized my order was missing and not ready. There was no apology or explanation for the mistake.
