Great staff, very friendly and courteous. Good selection of treats as well.

Coffee and food, very good, staff are always helpful. The only low for me is the constant noise of children crying or screaming and running around. I think its a place where mums and childminders bring the kids. Not good if youre trying to answer emails.

I just want to mention that dining at Step on the Hot in Abbeycentre is absolutely fantastic. The staff is always accommodating and nothing ever seems to be an issue. Both the food and coffee were excellent.

This charming coffee retreat is located in the nearby Abbey Centre shopping complex. My partner and I love visiting after a shopping spree, or simply to indulge in some delicious treats. I typically order the cappuccino, and together we share the incredible Nutella cake (if it's available) – it's absolutely heavenly! The views are fantastic, overlooking Bangor, Belfast docks, and Belfast Lough. The café also offers plenty of well-spaced tables and charging points by the windows.
