This cozy little cafe is a hidden gem located on a small industrial estate between Garyduff Rd and Ballymena Rd on the outskirts of Ballymoney. The staff is friendly, the food is decent, and the full fry was delicious. The portion size was a bit small, but it was affordable and came with a free coffee refill. It may not be trendy or flashy, but it's a welcoming and pleasant place to grab a bite to eat. View all feedback.

I had a delicious soda at this charming cafe that was very cozy. The staff were incredibly helpful and made the experience even better.

We are local to Ballymoney and saw the place had won best cafe bistro County Antrim 2018! So on our way home thought we’d pop in for a coffee as we’d already eaten. It’s in a business park so no views, easy parked at though. There was a lot of seating and we couldn’t get to the counter to look at the goodies because of the tables and chairs and we were a bit confused whether it was table service or not. The menus are on boards on the wall but no drinks list. We asked for Americanos with a jug of milk. The drinks arrived and looked weak, and tasted as they looked. I then spied two instant coffee jars. If I ask for an Americano I expect proper coffee, if they don’t have it they should say we only have instant. I asked for the coffee to be strengthened and the lady was very polite and took them away and refreshed telling us she liked weak coffee!! Irrelevant, your not drinking it. Even though it was redone it wasn’t particularly pleasant we struggled to drink them. We were given a shortbread biscuit, which was crisp but not buttery as you’d expect, if not a bit too sweet. We paid £2.50 for two mediocre coffees, cheap you will say BUT if it’s not nice it doesn’t matter how much it costs. The food that came out if the kitchen looked very homemade and I suspect that’s what the appeal is for a certain age group that eat proper lunch. It’s cheap but I’d not say cheerful. There was no atmosphere, no buzz it was way too quiet. We will not be returning, sorry folks but how it got ‘best’ I do not know, I’ve had better. I’ll be returning to my favourite town cafe when in Ballymoney who do serve good coffee and make homemade food.
