We hadn’t booked but the young lady got us seated with no trouble at all. It was a busy restaurant. We enjoyed our food with starters and mains of chicken goujons, burger and Indian madras. The servings are very generous. We were going to have dessert but no one returned to us and so we decided to head on. To be positive, the service was very good. Staff are lovely. Restaurant was quite cold I had to keep my coat on. My meal was probably the worst I’ve eaten anywhere. Scampi batter was soft and tasteless. Cauliflower had black stalks so didn’t eat it. Garlic potatoes were cubes with a huge lump of unmelted butter balancing on top. Came in with family and friends for lunch! It was perfect, great starters and we all had a roast it was superb. The children’s portions were good and we didn’t have any complaints. The waiter was on the ball and had first class service. Will definitely visit again, when next over.
4 of us went for a meal and enjoyed it. I had the breaded mushroom starter followed by the prawn and chicken stir fry. The starter was a good size while the main was a very large portion and both were very tasty. Staff were pleasant. My only gripe is that the decor is very dated but I believe the owners are investing in a major refurb in 2024
I had a wonderful Christmas dinner at this restaurant. The portion sizes were generous and everything was excellent. The service was great, with attentive staff. I will definitely be returning in the future.
I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant with large portions and plenty of choices. The atmosphere was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Mushroom Stroganoff was delicious, I would give it 5 stars. I highly recommend this place.
Really nice ambience .Very friendly and warm staff.Food was really good..Menu had lots of choice but not too much.The food was fresh ,hot and tasty..I had mushroom stroganoff that was delicious.The others had the chicken kebab and seafood plate.All really fresh and well prepared.Thank you for a first visit positive experience..We enjoyed it.
