40min after we ordered we checked in on our food as we'd notice a table that got there 30min after us had already started to get their food (the place was not even half full). We were told ours would be there in 3min no apology for the delay apparently they were busy (!) What we got was below average and tasteless and it was only 3 tapes out of 6. When the rest of our food arrived about an hour after ordering it was either not cooked, overcooked or tasteless. We literally got off the table without finishing the food as it was so late by this time we were over it. When we went to pay the bill we complained again and received no apologies but told again they were busy and the seafood took a long time to cook! They agreed to take 2 dishes off the bill because we didn't touch them. The food at the Iberico is quite good but badly let down by erratic service that reminded us a lot of restaurants in Buenos Aires- that is wait staff seemingly busy on some indecipherable system that doesn't involve actually serving customers. Also had to remind staff more than once that dishes were missed.
