I ordered some fries, and I was really disappointed with my experience. The girl who was serving us had her hair down, and while she was handling the food, she kept touching her long nails to her face. Her hair was everywhere, which added to the unsanitary feel. Overall, I rate the service a 1 and the atmosphere a 1. This was not a pleasant experience.
