What Steve Tourison likes about Ota-ya Japanese:
I think this is the hidden gem of Newtown. It's a little tucked away but easy to find. The owner, Cindy, took our take-out order over the phone. She was friendly and attentive and helpful. The restaurant is small but very cozy. We ordered a bunch of different sushi rolls, Udin noodles, and chicken teriyaki. Everything was delicious and prepared perfectly. As stated, we ordered take out, but will definitely be back to... View all feedback. What Nathan Breece doesn't like about Ota-ya Japanese:
Food was decent and service was good, didnt think it was worth the price. Most of their special rolls were around $18 but were not good enough to justify that kind of price. View all feedback.
