La Locanda - NEWTOWN SQUARE

Never had a bad meal in LA Loconda! Christin Massimo is a great bartender and the bar crowd is fantastic. Try the Calamari. It's the best in Chester County. The calf and the osso bucco should die!

In this restaurant for Linch with my son, daughter and wife. We had to start Calamari and Cesar Salat and Crabcakes, Lobster Ravoli and 2 Penne Vodka for Entree. The Calamari and Cesar were excellent together with the Penne vodka, lobster ravioli, the crab cakes were dry and burned on the ground. We had 2 cappuccinos and a tiramisu, my wife and I and the curious, this was a cappuccino was scaled hot and the other barley warm. When producing 2 cappuccinos, it should come out of its machine at the same time. A little expensive for the food, though all good except coffee. Very strange.

We met the owners (Mario and Maria) on a last holiday. We only live about an hour away and came to a birthday party this week. This is an absoultely fablulous place and the food was superior. Managers and employees were friendly, attentive and fast! I highly recommend going and it is definitely worth the drive if you don't live so close.

We had our tasting dinner here and it was great! Danielle could submit our custom menu requests at an affordable price. The new room was very nice and the food was great.

We had a wonderful meal this evening with friends. The food was wonderful as well as the service. Our waiter, Luciano has a wonderful sense of humor which made the evening even more enjoyable.
