Our mains were taken away almost untouched, and no questions were asked about why we hadn't eaten them. We were left with the dessert menu for 20 minutes, only to be handed the bill before receiving our fourth course. Despite repeatedly asking for our missing course, we were told to just pay the bill instead. Fed up, we paid and went straight to Reception to speak to the manager. After listening to our complaints, he offered us a glass of wine as compensation, which did little to make up for the poor experience. It was amusing when he told us to "calm down" as he handed us the wine, but we tried to give Druid's Glen the benefit of the doubt. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant if you have any dietary requirements or expect good service. I certainly will not be returning.
