What Mark S likes about Silvio's Newtown Pizza:
Silvio's pizzas are the best pizzas I have ever tasted. How he packs so much flavour into them I do not know. My favourites are DaVinci (I really enjoy tomato anchovies) and The Lot (the king prawns are delicious). The shop isn't much as a place to eat-in but we always take-away and the pizzas are very nice. We had a very unexpected 5-Star experience at the La Grange Cafe in Weaverville tonight.
The food and service were excellent. I stopped by for lunch this week and enjoyed their Spaghetti Bolognese. F
The jambalaya is fantastic! The prawns were huge, the ingredients all taste fresh, and it's got a bit of kick without being mouth on fire hot.
