This is the perfect spot to purchase K-cups. The prices are very competitive, and it feels great to support a local business. The owner is exceptionally friendly, and she crafts the best frozen mocha coffee, easily beating the drinks from Wawa and Starbucks. Plus, she also has Girl Scout cookies for sale!
The server informed me, "You just gave me $3.00; the cost is $3.75." I tried to explain my confusion regarding the price list, but before I could finish, the server sighed in frustration, saying, "Forget it!" and walked away, clearly upset. I was taken aback by her unprofessional demeanor and was prepared to give her the fourth dollar, but she refused to take it and continued to fume. Another staff member witnessed the awkward situation and gave me a sympathetic smile, indicating her embarrassment. I took my drink and thanked the second server, wishing her "Happy Holidays" as I left, still in disbelief over the incident. This was a disappointing experience at a place that I had always enjoyed. Ultimately, I rated the drink two stars for its taste, though it was only half-filled with ice.
I buy my coffee beans from this shop. On my first visit, they didn't have the hazelnut decaf I was searching for, but the lovely woman who runs the store recommended another flavor that we now absolutely adore: amaretto decaf. I purchase it every month, and she always remembers me and my preferences. While it's a bit more expensive, the quality is outstanding, and it's not something I can find anywhere else.
