Without a doubt, this is the best pizza in town! I just had the most amazing cheese pizza—it was incredible! So delicious!

I ordered a large plain cheese pizza for pickup, and I was told it would cost around $18. They said it would be ready in about 25-30 minutes. When my husband went to pick it up, he was informed that there was no order for a plain cheese pizza but rather one for a large pepperoni. He called me, and I ended up calling the restaurant myself. They attempted to sell me the pepperoni pizza, which was listed under a different name. I insisted that I wanted the plain cheese pizza I originally ordered, and I requested a discount for the inconvenience. They offered me a $2.00 discount on the pepperoni pizza, which I didn't want, but they refused to apply a discount to the pizza I had ordered. The manager explained that it was a new pizza and claimed they hadn’t done anything wrong. I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened in Newton Falls, but there are plenty of other pizza places in town that I'll be choosing from in the future. They missed out on a sale tonight and lost a steady customer.

From the street, this looks like a hole in the wall type place. Which naturally means it's either awful or amazing. I'm glad I rolled the dice because it was definitely the latter. The Gionino's bread was delicious! The pizza was full of flavor with a flaky buttery crust and had some of the best sausage I've ever had. Delicious dipping sauce too. And the price is very reasonable. 10/10 recommend! Service: Dine in
