On Valentine 's weekend, we ate Zack Garvin 's and absolutely loved it. I had the prime rib and my wife had the rib eye. Both were out of this world. Great cheese fries, love the cheese and wine salad dressing. Small ribeye cooked to perfection. Very attentive waitstaff with good memories. Drink server remembered from last visit nearly three weeks ago when I wanted soft drink brought to the table. We have never saved enough room for desserts. Outstanding food, great service. On Valentine’s weekend, we dined at Zack Garvin's and absolutely loved our experience. I ordered the prime rib while my wife chose the ribeye, and both dishes were exceptional. We kicked off our meal with the potato stars, which were fantastic, and then moved on to the salad—I highly recommend the wine and cheese dressing. The bread came with a delightful strawberry butter that my wife really enjoyed. Our drinks were always replenished, and our server, Nikki, provided wonderful service. The owner, Jeanne, took the time to chat with us and shared the story of how the building transitioned from a floral shop to the restaurant it is today. It was a lovely evening overall. Just a note: this restaurant is very popular, so you can expect a wait, but it’s definitely worth it!
The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and attentive. The steaks were some of the best I've had in a long time, and the fried green tomatoes were simply outstanding!
The cheese fries are fantastic, and I really enjoyed the cheese and wine salad dressing. The small ribeye was cooked to perfection. The waitstaff is very attentive and have impressive memories. The drink server even remembered me from my last visit nearly three weeks ago when I asked for a soft drink to be brought to the table. We've never had enough room left for dessert, but the food is outstanding and the service is exceptional. Overall, it's a winner in every way!
