There were no berries in the package at all—just banana chips and raisins for $7. What a scam! The taste was also stale and unappetizing. I definitely do not recommend this product!

After failing to find any local stores selling it, I reached out to the company for help. I sent my inquiry at 6:30 AM and was pleasantly surprised to receive a detailed and friendly response from their sales manager, Kayla, by 7:30 AM! Now I know where I can buy and enjoy my favorite cheese. I've always admired this company's products, but their exceptional customer service has truly impressed me as well. This level of personal attention really made my day!

Years ago, I had the chance to tour the facility, and Phil, the owner, exhibited exceptional cleanliness; it was so spotless you could eat off the floor. If I ever leave Wisconsin, I'll be sure to take plenty of Pine River cheese with me!
