Little Caesars Pizza - Newton

Around 512 clocks and knew I had to wait a bit because I didn't preorder. the type said 20 minutes, so I went back to the car and waited 20 minutes. wing inside to check and was ignored in the ground for another 15 minutes and there was another guy waiting to tell him 25 minutes, he came shortly after me. the people came with pizzas when I finally waited to ask if my order is ready and he said no, I'm sorry that we have a new girl and they are behind. I said how much longer he said 20 minutes and their pizzas for free, so I am as ok they make it right to wait. So I'll go back to my car and wait 20 minutes. The people come with pizzas. I saw the type without pizza and money left so he was tired to wait. So I'm going back and the guy said I've got two of her pizzas ready, but not the third one will take her a cheese pizza. said how much longer and he said I don't have what you want. I didn't really understand him (heavier accent.) so I was like a cheese pizza on my command, he said no instead of the last pizza. at this point I am frustrated and hanging. I wondered what I said about my free pizza, and he said, no, I said three pizzas. I waited a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes. So I ended up with no pizza and a refund. I have no idea what happened to this point. there are 4 other people waiting too. I had a Karen moment and said loud, I wait 1 hour and 15 minutes and they didn't try to do that right. some people went out at this point. I have fun, mad and hungry, not to mention that I didn't want to disappoint my niece for whom I got the pizza. After working all day, I just wanted to go home and relax. that was so stressful for no reason. I asked a manager name and number and he said check the website. he wouldn't give me any information at all. he was probably the owner. sadly accused it on the “new girl”. so this day is in old customer service now and it is not right. if he knew it would not be ready in 20 minutes alone 1 hour and 15 minutes. I could have gone somewhere else.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Very dry, hardly and tomato sauce on the pizza. Not enough cheese, could see the crust and little tomato sauce through the cheese. Made the pizza very dry. Waited 15 minutes for my pizza and it’s worse then Pizza Hut. I will never get a pizza from Lc ever again.

I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 wings, some crazy bread and marinara that was supposed to be ready for pickup between 614 and 619 pm and my husband is still there waiting on our order and it is now 635. They asked him if he was in the wrong place bcuz they could not find our order and the whole time I had the confirmation email sitting right in front of me.

The breadsticks resembled a large lump of dough! The pepperoni pizza was supposed to be extra special since my partner paid extra for it, but it was a disappointment too. Half of the pizza had no crust at all, and the crust on the other half was not good either. I've had better. It felt like they were just trying to hike up the prices without delivering quality. I won't be returning!
