Hardee's - Newton

Pretty slow, but food quality and freshness were good. The whole crew I saw was the thinnest group of Hardees staff I've ever seen. You can't eat where they work.

The lady in the car thru was the best so nice to see a friendly face. Not someone who's working. The cookies were so good!

Ordered breakfast for the wife and me. Ordered the biscuits and gravy platter n breakfast platter at 10:05 am. At 10:35 was still waiting in drive thru. I'll left 30 minutes n still nothing. Never again!!!

The customer service was good and the big hot ham and cheese was good. The bacon cheeseburger with no bun I asked for was not. Super thin patty and the cheese was melted on top of the bacon and onion which made it easier to eat but I expected lettuce and tomato also, notjust onion. Not sure I’ll go again. Fries were good. But for what we got not worth $11 a meal.

The wait was very long if we weren't blocked in line for so long we never would have waited. The food was lukewarm when it finally came to me. They desperately need help as I found out only two were working. One in back and one in front.
