I got a 12oz iced NOLA with oat milk. Was sweet enough to not need sugar. Great flavor. This is a really really great cup of coffee. Atmosphere is (very) snooty and clean. RR is immaculate. Felt a bit out of place in my work clothes to be honest but I do not think the coffee or business is marketed to fat greasy locksmiths.Dull roar atmosphere, if you’re taking your bumble date here for a “pre workout pick me up” you... What Ryan Pileski doesn't like about Blue Bottle Coffee:
The atmosphere is cold, I've never paid that much for a cup of mediocre drip coffee in my life (and they didn't fill the cup or ask if I wanted room for cream/sugar) and the hot chocolate was overpriced and mediocre at best. There's no other options in the area but not worth 11 dollars for a small hot chocolate and small drip View all feedback.
I’m giving Blue Bottle five stars because they invest heavily in sustainable business practices, at least from a customer's perspective. Their packaging is compostable, and switching from wooden stirrers to metal spoons is a commendable choice—they're washing those spoons for reuse rather than disposing of wooden products. These factors are why I'm willing to spend five dollars on a small tea. While I might not indulge every day—since that money could also go towards avocado toast—I appreciate the effort to support sustainable businesses. Moreover, the quality of service is exceptional. The baristas genuinely care about how the coffee and tea is brewed and steeped, which reflects a level of craftsmanship that deserves recognition. I hope this review conveys that respect; otherwise, I might as well look for a vending machine elsewhere.
Attention, residents of Newton. It’s disappointing to see people using coffee shops as a workspace without making a purchase. These establishments cover the costs of Wi-Fi and utilities, and they employ individuals who have their own lives, families, ambitions, and dreams. How short-sighted and entitled can one be? If you’re going to sit and work, please at least buy a bottle of water or an espresso. Remember, you're not special, and your presence is not advantageous to anyone without some form of support. Sincerely, A considerate person.

Almost got ran over in the parking lot.
Pretty good coffee, but their prices are so insanely high. Not at all worth the money. Sadly, there aren’t many other options for good coffee in this area.
