Arby's - Newton

We were in Newton this afternoon, stopped for a fish sandwich. Sounded good during lent. It had been a few years since we had gotten one. What we remembered was a large flakey piece of fish.What we got was a thin piece of fish with little flavor an was NOTHING of what we had remembered. It was fishy an icky, sure won't be back for that.Waited several minutes to be waited on also. We were the only ones in the dining room.

French fries are dark in color and taste like they have been cooked a couple times, We have visited this store a few times and the quality is unacceptable.

Both pops were over 1 inch from full. The curly fries were way overcooked and also only half full container. Unfortunately at almost $30 I expected better much better from a corporate store like Arby'

Me and my family went through the drive through and I tried to order there new good burger 2 meal, and they said they didn't have the sauce for the burger because it was discontinued but can sell it to me normally, I was like they need to take it off the menu otherwise then that would be just a basic burger and there be no point getting the meal at the $12 price if I wasn't getting everything that went on the burger and that's including the sauce.Then some one different took over, I'm assuming was a manager and was extremely rude about the interaction and had a tone of I don't care about your business so me and my family just drove off and went to get food somewhere else.If I was you guys I wouldn't eat here or any/many places in Newton, Iowa.No one cares about the food they make and are always jerks about one thing or another and I'm tired of it and I'm sure many others are!

Rude lady in drive-thru makes you wanna go elsewhere honestly. Food mediocre...if you go there after 6 or 7 the chickens always to hard for me to chew and fries are old. Every time.
